    Our share register is maintained by a third party service provider, Equiniti Limited.

    Equiniti Limited also assists us by managing enquiries from our private investors.

    It is necessary for us to use your personal information to perform our obligations in accordance with any contract that we may have with you or it is in our legitimate interest or a third party's legitimate interest to use personal information in such a way to ensure that we are able to deal with your investor enquiries efficiently and effectively.

    We provide a media relations service for journalists which is accessible by telephone. When making an enquiry, the enquirer's name and contact information (including email address, postal address and telephone number) may be requested, together with details of other personal information that is relevant to the media enquiry.     We share your personal information with a third party provider, InvestorCom Limited, who assists us in managing and delivering our investor alerts to our subscribers by email. InvestorCom Limited will only share your personal data with its own subcontractors for the purpose of fulfilling your request to receive our investor alerts by email.

    We will only send you investor alerts by email where you have consented to receive such communications, or where we have a lawful right to do so.
