Payment to MEP Group
03 September 2007
Under the terms of its agreement with MEP Mayflower Limited
("MEP") dated 22 September 2006 in relation to the disposal of the MFI retail
business (the "Agreement"), Galiform plc ("Galiform") agreed that the Galiform
group would make a £53.1 million payment to the MEP group on 3 September 2007.
Galiform announces that the Galiform group has today made this payment in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
Under the terms of the Agreement, a further payment of up to £12.0m is scheduled to be paid by the Galiform group to the MEP group on 2 April 2008.
