Galiform Plc will be holding an Extraordinary General Meeting at 4 pm on 31 October 2007 at the Lincoln entre, 18 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London, WC2A 3ED to put forward a resolution to establish a new long term incentive arrangement.

A document containing details of the new arrangement and notice of the EGM is being sent to shareholders today and is available on the Company's website at www.galiform.com.
