David was appointed Chief Customer Officer in March 2022. He is responsible for developing a long-term customer strategy to support our depot teams in managing their relationships and delivering our ambitious growth plans. To do this, David leads our IT and Digital and Marketing teams.

David was previously Chief Customer Officer & Chief Operating Officer at Yum! Brands. In this role, he was responsible for Pizza Hut Europe across 25 countries and with over 1,500 outlets. David was with Yum! Brands for 14 years, managing operations in the Middle East & North Africa, Asia Pacific, and Europe.
