Paul was appointed Chief Financial Officer in December 2020. He was the CFO of Consort Medical Plc, a leading drug and device manufacturing business from 2017 until its acquisition by Recipharm AB in February 2020. Before this, he was the Group Finance Director of Vitec Group plc from 2011 to 2017. Paul has extensive experience in senior finance roles at a number of UK and US listed companies including Signet Jewelers, RHM Plc, and Smiths Group Plc. He is a Chartered Accountant having qualified with Ernst & Young. He has a first class Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacture & Management.
