The Company will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 11.30 am on 16 May 2008 at the Lincoln Centre, 18 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London, WC2A 3ED.  

Two copies of each of the documents listed below have been submitted to the Financial Services Authority (the "FSA"):  

1, The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the 52 weeks ended 29 December 2007;  

2, Chairman's Explanatory Letter and Notice of Annual General Meeting;  

3, The Form of Proxy; and  

4, The Company's proposed new Articles of Association (noting the alterations proposed pursuant to Resolutions 10 and 11 set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting).  

These documents will shortly be available for inspection at the FSA's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:
