Change of Name

15 September 2010

Further to our announcement in the 2010 Half Yearly Report, published on 21 July 2010, that we would be changing the name of the Company, the board of directors have approved the name change of the Company from Galiform Plc to Howden Joinery Group Plc and a certificate of incorporation on change of name has been issued by the Registrar of Companies.

It is expected that trading in shares under the new name, Howden Joinery Group Plc, will start at the commencement of trading on 16 September 2010, when the LSE TIDM (ticker) for the Company's shares will change to 'HWDN'.
