Andrew Livingston to join Howdens as CEO Designate

Howden Joinery Group Plc today announces that, further to its announcement of 7 July 2017, Andrew Livingston will join Howdens as CEO Designate on 29 January 2018.

Howdens' founder and CEO, Matthew Ingle, will retire in the first half of 2018 after 22 years with the Group and Andrew will take over as CEO following a handover period with Matthew.

Matthew Ingle said: "Howdens has a number of significant long-term opportunities ahead and I look forward to working with Andrew in helping take Howdens onto the next successful phase in its development."
